Show RICHFIELD PIONEER DEAD. Richfield, May 17. Funeral services serv-ices over tho body of Peter Eric West-man West-man were held yesterday afternoon In the First ward meeting house, presided presid-ed over bv Bishop Hcber C. Chrislen-sen. Chrislen-sen. A double quartet composed of Maud C. Graham, Juanlta Ogden, Mat-tie Mat-tie Nielsen, William Orrock. John Hood and John Ward furnished the music. The speakers were W H Scegmlller. Joseph S. Home, Morton Jensen, John Christensen. Paul Poul-sen, Poul-sen, William Ogden and Heber C. Christensen A large crowd followed tho remains to tho ccmetetry. Mr. Westman was bom In Sweden in 1S39 and was baptized into the Mormon church In 18G9. Ho emigrated emigrat-ed to Utah In 1872 He was prominent promi-nent in church -work and "was in tho presidency of the high priests' quorum quor-um since the early '80s. He worked in tbo capacity of superintendent of tho Sunday schools and of Sevier stake, was in the high council and was a faithful churchman Ho leaves three sons, three dnughters, a wife and many grandchildren. |
