Show GRAND JURY AFTER MORE DYNAMITERS INDIANAPOLIS, Ind , Jan 19 That at least Ave men, other than those who already havo been Indicted Indict-ed or convicted In the dynamite conspiracy, con-spiracy, participated in a plot to blow up an iron works at Akron, Ohio, on July 4, 1910, was part of the testimony testi-mony which, it is believed, was presented pre-sented to the federal grand jury through witnesses called from Ohio. The names of three of tho alleged participants were given by Ortle 13. McManlgal, who says he mot them at Cleveland. According to McManlgal. he left Indianapolis two days before the explosion with one of the men, who ha'd received instructions from J. J. McNamara in tho ofllce of tho International Inter-national Association of Bridge and Structural Iron Workers and went to Rochester, Pa , where they secured 12 quarts of nltro-giyceiine, which they packed in a suit case. Fifty-eight quarts of the explosive, ho said, were left at Rochester for future use They met two other men at Cleveland the next day and discussed dis-cussed the Akron job. which was to be directed against an omployer who maintained an "open shop." "The man who had accompanied me from Indianapolis wanted mo to do the Job," said MoMonigal. "He said 1 was experienced and could be rolled ro-lled upon. But one of the Clevelnnd men said tno Job had been promised to a couple of other fellows and thoy wanted -them to have It. Thoy had no fuse, so I went to Chicago and sent them fuse by special delivery." The Indianapolis man, McManlgal said, was the one who remained with him until he began to do dynamiting with J. B McNamara. Charles Kelscr of Toledo, who, it was said, is to bo questioned about the transactions of the dynamiters at Muncle, Ind , reported to the district attorney in response to a subpoona today Muncie was another of the places where McManlgal says storos of explosives were kept.
