Show uu KIMBERLING AND MOON CASES ' District Attorney E. T. Hu'aniski today filed informations charging Jno. Moon and William Klmberllng with the commission of crime. These cases will likely not be tried before the February term of court. It Is alleged that John Moon on December De-cember IG, 1911, burglarized the home of J. P. Martin, 229S Jefferson avenue, and stole $100 worth of jewelry and other articles. Two informations were filed against William Klmberling, both alleging grand larceny. The district attorney states in his information that the de-fondant, de-fondant, on November 14, 1911, stole a horse from S. J. Bramwell of Pleasant Pleas-ant View, valued at $100, and that on November IG he took possession of an animal belonging to Dr. E. M. Conroy which Is also valued at $100. The latter animal was taken from a pasture at Bureh Creek. John Moon is not known in this community, but Klmberllng has a family in Ogden in poor circumstances. |
