South-woll South-woll has become a familiar figure 'n police court, having appeared there no less than six times within the last six or Boven weeks Southwell has always pleaded that he was going to Coalville to his sister sis-ter and his story this morning did not differ much from the others ho has told This time he claims to have left town and attempted to walk to Coalville, but. after getting several miles Into tho country, night overtook him and he entered a deserted house to sleep There, Southwell says, he took rold and as the only thing that ever helps him in such cases, he says, Is brandy, he started back to Ogdon to get some Apparently he got too much, for he landed in Jail. Southwell told his story well this morning and to good effect too, for the court onco more allowed him to go, but with tho understanding that if he 1b found in town aftor two days he will be arrested and obliged to servo a thirty-day sentence |
