Persistent rumors ru-mors that tho senatorial investigating committee in the Lonmer election would charge certain of the witness-OS witness-OS with perjury on account of tho contradictory statements that have been made from the witness chair gavo added interest to tho hearing when it was resumed today. It was thought some decisive action would bo taken by thc senators hearing hear-ing thc evidence. Just who was to bo called as tho first wltnoss of the day was not announced. C. E. Ho 'was cioss examined ex-amined regarding details of testimony which lie gave yesterday. Ho insisted that former State Representative "William "Wil-liam C. Blair exhibited no $100 bills at a baseball game at Centralla, Ills., on July 20, 1909. After Richardson wos excused, Sidney Sid-ney Yarbrough was ngaln called to the stand. Yarbrough related tho same story that he told at tho Lee O Noll Browne trials and before the previous pre-vious senatorial investigating committee com-mittee He said that Charles A.
