Show METROPOLIS HAS TRAIN SERVICE Announcement was made Friday by tho officials of tho Southern Pacific that regular train service, both passenger pas-senger and freight, on tho now eight-mile eight-mile Southern Pacific branch line j running from Tulasco on the main ; line of the Southern Pacific to the new town of Metropolis, in the heart of the Pacific reclamation project, Elko county. New, has been Inaugurated. Inaugu-rated. The branch has been completed some time and a great deal of traffic handled over the new line at Irregular Irregu-lar Intervals. Tho rapid increase of this traffic made necessary tho Institution Insti-tution of a regular freight and passenger passen-ger flervlce, and regular dally branch connecting daily at Wells, Nov., with No. 3 from Ogden at 1:30 p. m. Trains returning in the evening from Metropolis leave the new town at S o'clock, arriving at Wells in time for eastern and western connections on tho main line of the Southern Pacific. Pa-cific.
