Show JURY SELECTED IN THE CONROY CASE The following jurjmen were ora-pancled ora-pancled to hear the case of C, , M. Flewelllng. a contractor against Edward Ed-ward M. and Bertha A. Conroy In Judge Howell's division of the district court: Isaac Beltman, Herman D Booth, Lorenzo Ward, George W. Bramwcll, John M. Brown, Austin A. Sumner, D. M. Moore and F G Edson The suit has been oensioned through a disagreement as to the amount duo on a certain open acount for labor and building material furnished by tho plaintiff to the defendants, the plaintiff alleging that there is duo the sum of $305. Cn, the defendant Bertha A. Conroy stating in her answer that there Is duo tho plaintiff only $115 48 which amount, she sa,s, she has been ready at all times to pay and Is ready to pay that amount at this time In his answer, Mr Conroy denied generally the allegations of the complaint, com-plaint, the other defendant. Mrs Conroy, Con-roy, assuming in her separate answer ans-wer that whatever transaction was inadc with the plnlntiff was entered Into by her. The plaintiff contends that the amount stated in his complaint com-plaint was due July 17, 1911. |
