At the opening of his court this morning Judge Harris rendered decisions de-cisions in the case of C. Fred Schado ct al against tho Ogden Overall & Shirt company et al, sustaining the defendant's demurrer and granting the plaintiff ten days In which to amend the complaint, and in tho case of the Rocky Mountain Stud Farm company against H.
