Show oo HEAUK THECALENDAR Judge Harris opened the September term of his division of tho district court this morning and took up tho matter of rearranging the calendai The cases on the docket were Bet for trial before the judge took his vacation, vaca-tion, but, becnuse of some changes in conditions regarding a number of cases and because there are no criminal crim-inal cases to be tried nt this time, a readjustment wn3 necessary. Two days were set apart for thc hearing of criminal cases, but, there being none, 'Ihe two days will be taken up in the hearing of civil matters. In the readjustment of the calendar, the following cases were given a place for trial. Ofiden Canyon Resort company vs. Utah Light & Railway company. September Sep-tember IS. Joseph Kuhn vs. J. E Davenport, September 25. Jane McAlplne vs. D. H Jenkins et al, September 14. Robert S. Fletcher et al, vs. Annie E. Lashus, September 13. The court advised attorneys nt the bar that, where it was shown that appralBers, other than the official appraisers, ap-praisers, were required to act in probate pro-bate matters that they would be appointed ap-pointed under the suggestion of the attorneys in the case, oo |
