Show Wife Sues Young Heiress Heir-ess For Winning Husband's Hus-band's Love Louisville, Jan. 16. Her twenty-first twenty-first birthday anniversary was made memorable for Miss Nettie Bryant"1 Ott, heiress and grand-daughter of the late Samuel Bryant, noted as a race horse owner, by a suit filed against her here today by Mrs. Josephine Jos-ephine Surman-Hubbard, who asks for $50,000 for alienation of her husband's hus-band's affections. Tho man in the case Is Joseph Mackling Hubbard, a horse man. Mrs Hubbard alleges that her husband hus-band and Miss Ott have boen together frequently and that Miss Ott has destroyed de-stroyed the poace and happiness of tho Hubbard household. But tho defendant declares that it Is only tholr mutual iovo for horses that forms the basis of their friendship friend-ship and they have been together onlj at horse shows. 00- |
