The lesults at 2 o'clock this morning, morn-ing, although far from complete, show the Socialists have captured 21 seats from tho non-Socialist parties and lost only two, a gain of 19. Thoy also have entered into some re-ballots which would make it seem that they are almost pertain to regain the 81 seals thoy held -at- tho- dissolution of the reichstag in 190G and probably a few more. National liberals lost five soats to the Socialists and ono to tho Coiir servatles, but thoy occupy a very favorable position in tho ballots and aie expected to Teturn to the chamber cham-ber practically as strong as before dissolution The Centrists with their allied Poles have held their own -well, a large proportion of their mandates heing unassailable. Only one actual loss to thein is reported, but tho re-ballots re-ballots will tell another tale as tho Liberals, Radicals and Socialists will unlto against them. At 2 o'clock tho returns showed 12G candidates elected, 99 districts where roballots are necessary and 172 districts yet to report. Thoso elected include 13 Conservatives Conser-vatives and their allies, 50 Centrists and allies, three Liberals, no Radicals, Radi-cals, 5S' Socialists, one Dane and one Alsatlon.
