Show TRIBE WILL RECEIVE $26,000 The Hudson avenue condemnation proceedings of Ogden City against George H. Tribe were brought to a close Tuesday evening by Judge Lewis rendering a decision In which ho placed tho valuation ot the property prop-erty condemned at $26,000, and rendered rend-ered Judgment in favor of Mr. Tribe for that amount. The Judgment bears SjPer cent Interest from July 23, 1910. The witnesses for the city wero J. C. Nye, Henry C. Tavey, M. S. Browning, Brown-ing, J. J. Brummitt, O. A. Kennedy, B. H. Goddard, H J. Peery, J. Stan-ley Stan-ley Dee, J. A. Howell, Angus T. Wright, John N. Spargo, Wlllard Kay and Josoph Baumelster, who placed the valuation of the propertv from $15,000 to $30,000. Witnesses for Mr. Tribe fixed the valuation at from $30,-to $30,-to $40,000. The suit was friendly and it Is anticipated an-ticipated that there will be no further fur-ther litigation.
