Show FALSE TESTIMONY. June 21, 1911 Editor Better Ogdn, Dear Sir: 1 notice in this morning's Examiner a statement bv the Manufacturers Manu-facturers and Businebs Men's Association Associ-ation that "It is but a few weeks ago the pastor of the Methodist church drew J,omc verj unfavorable comparisons compari-sons against its co-Partners In this business, with regard to the non-compliance or the Mormon church in its efforts to obtain a Y. M. C A. for this city." This is an unqualified falsehood. false-hood. The Mormon church has taken no such action. I have made no such statement I regret having to refer to an article so cheaD and discourteous but cannot lei so clear a falsehood go unnoticed. Neither can I lot the base attack on Anotlo McKay go by without saying that his critics are not worthy to be mentioned in the same breath with a man so high in the respect of this c.'tv as David O. McKav Sincerely, F. V. FISHER, i . |
