Show CHILDREN'S PRIMARY WORK i During the summer months, when school is closed, the children have no restraining Influence They are wandering wan-dering the streets and' enticed Into all kinds of mischief. For this reason Presldont Joseph F. Smith requested the continuation of the Primary as-aociations as-aociations throughout the caurch during dur-ing the summer, to prevent the increased in-creased number of cases which aro brought up in the Juvenile courts as soon as school dismisses. Tho officers of tho Ogden stake primary pri-mary board have arranged for a special spec-ial course in moral and physical training train-ing for all children between tho ages of four and fourteen. In connection with tho regular work given by the teachers, an attractive course in chorus w u-k and physical activities will be taken up under tho direction of Prof. E. W. Nichols. The children of the Seventh and eighth wards will meet at the Seventh ward hall Friday afternoon at 3 00, the Sixth ward at 4:00. In their ward meeting house and the Fourth at 4 15 in the wnrd meeting house, each week, beginning Ftday, June 1C All parents are requested to send the children on time. |
