WORKMAN !S FATALLY INJURED While working on the ibulldlng for the sub-station of tho Merchants' Light & Power company on Thirty-first Thirty-first street and Lincoln avenue, this afternoon, Lawrence Hogge, a man of about 25 years of age, came in con-tnct con-tnct with wire carrying 4,600 volts of electricity. The entire voltage passed through his body, practically electrocuting electro-cuting him. The man's right shoulder and left lep were burned almost to a crisp and his 'bodv was otherwise badly burned The unfortunate man wns hurried to the Doe hospital where medical aid was immediately summoned to admin istcr to him. He was still conscious when he reached the hospital, but tho physicians say it will be Impossible for him to recover. -
