C T. flags and banners on buildings, are in evidence today axi dthe committee on decorations stalo that thoy are going to urge that business houses begin decorating in earnest today, so that the city will be erabolllshed with flags, bannerB, bunting and all things necessary neces-sary to make it look like a canvontlon city for tho commercial men of th6 Intermountaln country. Ann additional addition-al prize has been offered by tho committee com-mittee on decorations, $50 for the best decorated business buildings, $25 for the best, $15 for the second best and $10 for the third. Tho prizes now offered are: $100 for three lest Weber county bands; $50 first, $30 second and $20 third. $50 for three best floats; $25 first, $15 second, and $10 third. S50 for three best decorated windows; $25 first, $15 second, $10 third. $50 for three best decorated business liousos; $25 first, $15 second, $10 third. . The committee stntes that final arrangements ar-rangements are now being made and that everything will bo ready for tho travelers upon their arrival here. Grand Counsellor H. K.
