Fa-broni Fa-broni today told the jury trying the Camorrlsts here of the Investigation made by Marshal Ferris at the home of Maria Stendardo where, the witness wit-ness said, a meeting was held for the purpose of planning the murder of Genarro Cuoccollo and his wife. Maria Stendardo is, the common law wife of Nicola Morra, who Is accused of being be-ing one of the actual assassins. She is the only woman among the prisoners, prison-ers, with whom she Is alleged to have great influence. Jt Is alleged that her home was the rendezvous for the criminals. The witness said that, following the murders of the Cuoccollos, the woman returned to her home, carrying stolen goods Capt Fabroni related an episode In connection with the arrest of Antonio An-tonio ParlatI, who was later released Parlati, wishing to prove that by profession pro-fession he was a thief rather than a murderer, offered to snow his skill, which made It unnecessary for him to take human life In his operations.
