Show LITTLE ARMY OF TRAMPS IN COURT Fourteen tramps wore arraigned In police court this morning on tho chargo of vagrancy and sentenced to serve ten days on the municipal rock pile. Eleven of the men were arrested ar-rested by deputy sheriffs In tho Cou-roy Cou-roy barn, south of the city Harry M. Fuller .arrested by Officer Of-ficer Reast for allowing his team to stand without hitching, plended guilty guil-ty to tho charge and was assessed $5. Fuller pleaded that ho had been in Ogdcn ""but a short time and did not know there was an ordinance regulating reg-ulating the hitching of horses. He Is driving a team for the Elite Cleaning Clean-ing establishment. Lee Stoddard, Sam Moore, William E. Simpson and J U. Miles of Hoopor, charged with disturbing the peace on April 16. pleaded guilty to the complaint com-plaint and were fined $10 each. The complainant was William Nellson. Dennis T. O'Laughlln, W. W Had-lcy, Had-lcy, James Russell. J. J Johnson, George Gllraoro and George Rlano pleaded guilty to having been unlawfully unlaw-fully drunk With the exception of Riano, who was given a suspended sentence of twenty-five days, each of the men was fined $5. Failing to appear in court to answer ans-wer to the chargo of disturbing the peace, J. Tiguo forfeited a bond of $10. |
