Poterson, residing on Twenty-sixth street, yesterday afternoon. Shortly after dinner she recoiveJ a message announcing the death of the son, Ncal Leigh, at Twin Falls. Idaho. Within the next two hours nor son-in-law, David Brooks, was thrown from a horse and sustained a compound com-pound fracture of the bone in his right leg. The 6on, who has been in Idaho on a ranch for the past fivo years, was struck by lightning and Instantly In-stantly killed. He was 28 years of age Mr. Brooks was riding a horse on Twenty-fifth street and when In front of tho Red Front stable tho animal slipped and foil, the rider being caught under his mount in such a manner as to break the left leg.
