Show J. SHUFFLEBARGER DIES AIJOSPITAL Injuries which he sustalnod at Brig-ham Brig-ham City two weeks ago today resumed resum-ed in the death of J. H. Shufflebarger, roadmaster for the Ogden Rapid Transit Tran-sit company, at tho Dee Memorial hospital hos-pital early last evening Tho announcement an-nouncement of his death comes as a sad surprise to his many friends, as it was supposed his Injurlos had not been seriously dangerous. Mr Shufflebarger was superintending superintend-ing tho construction of the Rapid Transit company's extension In Brig-ham Brig-ham when the accident occurred. Ho loosened the brake on a car of ballast to run It down a slight incline, but tho releasing of the car also set a second car In motion. The roadmaster was caught between tho two cars and squeezed about the hips He received Internal Injuries which resulted In his death. Surviving tho deceased are his wife, two sons and two daughters. Also three sisters, Mrs. E. M. Conrov, Mrs T. D. Ryan and Mrs. Thomas Fitzgerald. Fitz-gerald. Mr Shufflebarger was about fifty years of ago and had resided In Ogden for the past 30 years. The body was removed to the Klrft-endall Klrft-endall undertaking rooms and later to the home at CI 4 Twenty-fourth street |
