Tho com--mlttoo" -!ommended'the work ofthc head pftllc organization for tho last year In fhe following terms- "We approve ''the manner in which the affairs of the president's otflce has been conducted during the past year and the organization is to bo congratulated upon having at its disposal dis-posal the ability and oxperlcuco ot the present Incumbent." The report was adopted by a unau-imous unau-imous vote of the delegates. It is in part as follows; "In looking over the situation of the workers at present and reviewing that of the past, wo are moro strongly strong-ly impressed with tho necessity of a thorough organization of tho workers on tho Industrial field and on the political po-litical field and a united party of tho workers, the demands of, which will bo for tho worker his product, and which will be controlled by the members mem-bers through the operation of these popular and efficient principles 'of government, the InitlatKo, the referendum refer-endum and recall, and wP recommend to our locals and members that they earnestly take up tho discussion of all subjects pertaining to Industrial and political question, and that the cause of the working class be championed, not only by our unions, but by our political party which, to bo offectlve In our behalf, must be a working class party, controlled and conducted by the working class for the working class.
