Show ACTIVITY IN BUILDING LINE Stringers for tho third floor of the Commercial National bank building on Grant avenue, between Twenty-fourth and Twenty-fifth streets are In place and thg brick walls aic completed to that floor. Within the next week or ton days the building will be ready for the robf. The south wall of the Howell building build-ing has been completed to the point where nothing more can be done until un-til a bettlement Is had regarding tho building of the north wall, there being be-ing a controversy regarding the boundary boun-dary line. Parties interested in tho matter stated this morning that it i is quite likely that the dispute will jbe settled today and that the con-jstructlon con-jstructlon i Chc'building will proceed without farther delay. If the parties ido not settle the matter out of courf, lit will not be heard .until -some time. Mr. Coy Is also building a small warehouse ware-house at the rear of 2273 Washington avenue, the cost lo be about $500. James M. Hurst Is remodeling his home on Ogden avenue, between Twenty-ninth and Thirtieth streets. The Improvement will cost about SS00. J. E Williams. Jr., Is building a residence on Wall avonue, between Twenty-ninth and Thirtieth streets, to cost In the neighborhood of $1,500.
