Conrad received the hlghost vote of any day of the balloting, there were no developments In the senatorial sena-torial situation. T J Walsh recovered recov-ered one vote which had previously left him. Representative Ehert leaving leav-ing Conrnd to support Walsh. Tonight there are rumors of a conference he tween tho leading members of both factions in tho legislature for the purpose pur-pose of attempting to agreo upon a senatorial candidate, but both Mr Walsh and Mr. Conrad opposo such action, and no definite arrangements hao been made. Today's joint ballot, tho twenty-fourth, twenty-fourth, resulted aa follows- Democrats, Demo-crats, T J. WalBh, 24; W. G. Conrad, 22, C. B. Nolan. 2; R Lee Word, 2, T. M.
