Thp first additional returns this morning slightly increased tho anti-prohibition lead, but not sufficiently suffi-ciently to assure them a victory. Their majority Is still under four thousand. The large morning papers of Texas ex-' press the general opinion that the anti-prohibitionists have won, but it is conceded that the election is very close and that there is at least a possibility pos-sibility that late returns may swing .-. Chairman Ball of the state-wide prohibition committee com-mittee today conceded the anti-prohibitionists a majority not exceeding 5,-000 5,-000 on the face of present returns from Saturday's elections. He claims frauds have been practiced and will resort to the courts.
