Show TWO HORSE THIEVES CAPTURED AT BOISE Boise, Idaho, July 21. Through the capturo today of Charles Thompson and Gurley Shaul of Boise tho authorities author-ities of Ada and Owyhee counties believe be-lieve that they have exposed one o the largest organizations of horse thieves formed in the west and will be able to account for thousands of dollars' worth of horses stolen in eastern east-ern Oregon, northern Utah, southern Idaho and Wyoming within the past yoar.
