They suggested that the. antler- "less deer kill program be changed by a "rotation" plan. One area would be opened one year, and then be closed for two seasons, while other areas were hunted. They recommended also that . no antlerless deer be taken during the regular buck hunt, but by post-season hunts only, total number not to exceed 500 on the entire Cache forest this year. A vote also carried to recommend recom-mend that the state fish and game commission open the waterfowl water-fowl season October 1 and extend it to December 31, Mr. Fergus said. A summary or other rem-mendiations rem-mendiations follows: That 115 elk be moved from the Cache area, with applications limited to resident resi-dent hunters; a permanent fish trap be constructed at Swan Creek on Bear Lake, with a permanent cabin to accomodate a warden or carotaker; that a fulltime warden be employed for Bear Lake and vicinity and- another warden be employed to assist in Cache and Rich county.
