Champ, Northern Utah Area Coordinator for the United States Treasury department and the State War Finance organization. or-ganization. "Judge Bullen assumes this important im-portant task as a relative newcomer new-comer to the ranks of war bond workers, but his broad experience in the field of civic service and his organizing ability assure the creation of a fine organization under his leadership and the success of this important drive in Cache county," declared Mr. Champ. "Judge Bullen is serving his first term as president of the citl ht1 ASA BULLEN Logan chamber of commerce, fol-j lowing service as first vice presi-' dent of that organization, is a past president of the Logan Ro- tary club, and has long been identified with the civic organizations organiza-tions of the county.
