Written by the office of Civilian Civil-ian Defense, the Pageant has been revised to present conditions, Mr. Baugh said. It will feature 31 flags, with five of the (Allied Nations Na-tions represented by a horseback rider in costume. These riders and the nations they represent are Ezra C. Lun-dahl, Lun-dahl, the United States; W. W. Lundberg, Great Britain; Dennis De Witt, Russia; Alonzo Smith, China, and Herb Humpherys, France, Mr. Baugh announced.
