Show New Offices Emergency Crop Loan Association Moves Shifting of the Emergency Crop and Feed Loan Office from the county courthouse to the office of the Utah Production Credit Association at 14 West First Nroth street, was announce today by J. "The basic characteristic of the loan is that it depresents a form of federal credit that is made available only to farmers who cannot obtain a loan from other sources including the Production Credit Association," Mr. Campbell said. These loans have been made by the EMCFL office on a nationwide na-tionwide basis in each year since 1931. |
