Semi-Annu- al Meet of L.D.S. Church Held in Salt Lake This week the semi-annu- al confer-ence of the L. D. S. Church was held in Salt Lake. Thousands of persons attended from outlying points, many attending the various sessions from Bingham and adjacent towns. The conference was one of the most largely attended in the history of the Mormon Church. The theme of the sessions wa obedience to law, Presi-dent Heber J. Grant particularly stressing this subject Practically all members of the gen-eral authorities were in attendance. |
