The County Court of Sanpete ceuntjr having been given due notice of the Intention of this board to raise the assessed valuation of all the real estate in the said county of Sanpete exclusive exclu-sive or improvements and exclusive property owned by railroads, railway, depot, telegraph and telephone companies by adding twenty-five twenty-five per cent to such asseased valuation as same appeared on the 13th day of August 1392, And the said County Cuurt having appeared and been heard by Its representatives and the board having fully considered the matter.
