Show NOTICE Board of Equalization. Utah Territory, Salt Lake, September 17th, 1892. To the County Court of Sanpete Count;, Utah Territory: At a session of the Board of Equalization for equalizing assessments for taxes in the Terri-1 tory of Utah held in Salt Lake city on the 17th day of September 1893. there were present J. E. Booto, A. B. Richardson. R T. Hume, V. j W. Maugham rdM. B. Sowlea. i j The County Court of Sanpete county having ; been given due notice of the intention of tnis board to raise the assessed valuation of all the ! real estate In the said county of Sanpete exclusive exclu-sive of improvements and exclusive property owned by railroads, railway, depot, telegraph and telephone companies by. adaing twenty-five twenty-five per cent to such as sensed valuation as same appeared on the 13th day of August 1302, And the said County C-urt having appeared and been heard by ita representatives and the board having fully considered the matter. It is now voted, determined and orderded by this board that the aforesaid valuation of all the real estate of Sanpete county exclusive oi improvements and exclusive of the property owned by railroad, railway , depot telegaaph and telephone companies be and the same is hereby raised aed increased for the purpose of territorial taxation, by addiua twenty per cent to the valuation thereof as made by the county assessor and as such' valuation appeared ap-peared on the 13th day of August 1892, and said real estate ia hereby assessed and valued at the said valuation of the county assessor with an increase of twenty per cent on such assessor's valuation.
