NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 20, 1923: Notice is hereby given that Henry N. Standish whose post-office post-office address is Bingham Canyon, Can-yon, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended amend-ed by the Session Laws of Utah 1919, to appropriate two-tenths (.2) of a Sec. Ft. of water from Bingham Creek in Salt Lake County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point S. 78 deg. 55 min. E. 1746.5 ft. from the EVi corner of Sec. 27. Township Town-ship 3 South, Range 3 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and conveyed by means of a flume a distance of 585 ft. and there used from January 1st to Dec. 31st, inclusive, of each year for the purpose of precipitating precipi-tating the copper contained In the water. After having been so used the water will be returned re-turned to the natu ral channel |
