The speakers were. Elders Amos Cook, John II. Barlow, Brigham . A. Holbrook, Wilford Barlow, Bishop Jed Stringham and Elder Hurst, of Salt Lake City. The choir also rendered selections suitable to the occasion. The remains arrived at Bountiful Monday noon, being accompanied by her husband and her brothers wife, Mrs. I. C Baker, and I. C. Holbrook, who went up to prepare the remains for shipping. Deceased was born in Metz, Marion County, West Virginia, forty years ago the 9th of last June. Mrs. Stark joined the Church Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints when but a young girl, at of the time he,r mother and other members of the family joined. She, together with the family, emigrated to Utah about twenty years ago On arriving here, she and her brother, Ira, attended the B. Y. University at Provo, from which institution she graduated in the four-yea- r business course. She was a lady of culture, ability and fine business judgment. Deceased was married to her present husband, Wm. Tt. Stark, June27tb, 1901, and two years later, they moved to Holbrook, where they resided to the time of her death. Besides her husband and children, she leaves an aged mother, Mrs. Emeline Baker, a brother. Bishop Ira Baker, of Holbrook, and a sister, Mrs. Joseph Larsen of Spanish Fork. Mrs. Stark was a faithful worker in the cause of truth and was always ready and eager to t any one in need or dis-- V tress. SYRACUSE SEEPING. Judson Thurgood and Miss Jeanett Barton were married Wednesday. .The friends of Miss Barton gave her a shower, Monday evening. A letter was received a few days ago. from Gilbert Barton and associates, who are on a hunting expedition in Tooele county. They were camped six miles from the town of Clover when they wrote.
