Armstrong of Ephraim Ephraim Ephraim Eph Eph- raim has been named a member of the Board of Trustees of the Utah State Agricultural College Colleg to fill the term of the late Fred M. M Nye Nyc of Ogden Mr Armstrong was called to tl Salt Lake City for a conference Monday with Governor J.
