Show resolutions OF FILLMORE ROD fe GUN CLUB ON THE DE adf OF HANS RASMUS E A OF ITS MEMBERS whereas hans departed this life on the day oi of november 1924 at billmore rill more city utah and whereas at tile the time of 0 his death ho was an active member of the fillmore rod and gun Clu CIu band baad whereas it is fitting and proper that a record be made or of the high esteem in which he was held by all the members ot of the rod gun club and by the citizens ot of our community generally tt Is therefore resolved that in the passing of hans hang the fillmore rod gun club has sustained a great loss one ot of our most active supporters has been from us for or though he was at a period of his life when the lighter forms forma of recreation had little appeal for him personally lie he could always be counted upon to lend his support to the success ot of our gilr entertainments and in 4 he things which meant great er ee growth and development of our community the worth while and lasting things he always manifested a keen interest and his judgment was sound that the members of the rod gun club will miss him goes without saying that the citizens ot of our community will miss that frendly smile and the old familiar firm name and style ot of 11 II sons song we feel sure and while we walk amidst of material things to remind us of his life and work in our community let us not rely too much on these things fo make place in our hearts and our memories of the worth while deeds of our friend for fop no matter how strong the fortress of material things time and the elements leaves no thrace of the same but love peace and a good will and friendship will forever abide be it further resolved that a copy of these resolutions be sent to the bereaved family of our dear departed friend and that the same be spread apri upon th T ingves of our club readi submitted fillmore finimore rod gun club by prank frank president leroy sweeting secretary |
