Show BLACK HOCK NOTES j Mr. J. P. James of Salt Lake City i here for a few days. Miss Irene Chapman, who is attending at-tending school at Rowland hall, is spending the week er.3 with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and, Mrs. Jack Chapman. Mr. and Mrs. L. G. Clay and little son, of Milford, were in Black Rock Saturday. They were accompanied by Miss Ethel Day and Mr. Fred Schumacher, Schu-macher, of Garrison, Utah. Jack McCarthy and Jack Stahl have gone to Wah Wah valley to gather cattle for Mr. Walter James. Miss Thekla James, accompanied by her little cousin, Jack, Travers, Jr has returned from Sat Lake where she has been visiting with Mrs. Jack Travers. Mr. Dudley White went to Salt Lake on a business trip. A very delightful party was given U.. TT T TJ n1,nnn,nn TVlora VPO ent were Irene and Anna Chapman; Airs. Ja' k Travej-s Charlotte Wheir, Beniti and Thekia James, James Mil-Mken, Mil-Mken, Jack McCarthy, Archie and Fern Swenson. Dancing, singing and candy-making were enjoyed by svaryone. Delicious refreshments were sen vo at a. late hour. Arthur James went to Fillmore on Monday, iclurning the same day. bringing Phyllis Paxton and Arvilla Davies with him. The young ladies will stay with Mrs. A. G. James. Jack Travers returned from Pine valley Sunday, where he went to oversee ov-ersee his sheep. An Easter dinner party was given by Mrs. Ed Raymond. Covers were laid for the following guests: Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Stall. Helen Monroe, Charlotte Wheir, James Milliken, and John Stahl. Mrs. Nora Caproni, who has been with her sister Mrs. A. G. James, has returned to her home in Salt Lake. After spending the week end here. Irene Chapman returned to Salt Lake where she is attending Rowland hall. Walter James and J. P. James returned re-turned Friday, after having spent 10 days at the oil fields. |
