The marking with the assistance of the California club is favored by the Utah Scenic Highway association and the new stand of the Utah Auto mobile association is placing the stale in a very embarasslng position. Henry H. Blood of the state road commission told the associaRon representatives. rep-resentatives. He outlined how the auto club had not only favored' bur had urged marking of Utah roads by the California club. On the strength of this representation represen-tation the state road commission hail proceeded with negotiations to a point where California had been led to believe the state was sincere In working out a system of marking.
