Show FROM THE TRIBUNE One of Milford's oldest hostelries, the Tanner house, which was sold a few years ago to Mrs. Francis S. Robinson of this city, has again changed hands. Mrs. Robinson went to California to regain her health, and died there several months ago. The hotel has been purchased by Fred Levi, Sam Cline and George Jefferson. Jeffer-son. Mrs. Mary B. Lewis of Oakland, Calif., is visiting her daughter, Mrs. Vernon Johnson. Mrs. Lewis will remain re-main here during the summer. Mrs. Ella Sanborn of Los Angeles is visiting visit-ing her brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Al Cline. Mrs. Cline entertained entertain-ed in her honor at a party Monday , evening. '; j Mrs. Frank Calloway entertained the Dinner Bridge club Monday at her : home. The dinner table was decorated decorat-ed in jonquils and yellow butterflies. The game resulted in Mrs. George Fernley winning first prize and Mrs. Browles the consolation. Tribune. |
