Clarence Wood, Ruth B. Wood, T. O. Poulton. Mary Poulton, Defendants. To be sold at Sheriff's sale on the first day of August, 1922 at 10 a. m., at the front door of the county court house in Beaver, Utah, the following described property in Beaver County Utah: The South half (S 1-2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1-4 and the North half (N 1-2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1-4 1-4 of section Eight (8) in Township Town-ship Twenty-six (26) South Range Ten (10) West of the Salt Lake Meridian, containing One Hundred Sixty (160) acres of land; together with a full primary pri-mary water right for One Hundred Hun-dred Twenty (120) acres of land, water coming from Beaver Bea-ver River appurtenant unto said land, with all ditch and water rights of every nature, however evidenced.
