Mr. Rellly is now working out plans for the Military Training Camps association for the training of '.. -:, ' ' :-...) officers. After serving as a brigadier briga-dier general during the World war, he finished his overseas work by helping form the American Legion In Taris. The military training camps are open to civilians who feel the need of regular training, regular hours and tin abundance of exercise. Mr. Rellly has acquired National Service, the association's official magazine. He expects to consolidate this magazine with the Army and Navy Journal of which he Is now editor. |
