Show : A GOOD PLAY The plays. "Yennie Olsen" and "Winners of the West" presented in this city Monday and Tuesday evenings, even-ings, were well attended and much enjoyed by all present. Genevieve Orgill, the little Swede girl, played her part to perfection, and Bermy, her lover, "James Wors-ley" Wors-ley" was very devoted. Luke Gosgrave, "Anthony Mc Gow an" with his Irish dialect, in the "Winners of the West" was at his best. Eilene Ewing, "Mina Dowling" and W. C. Walters, "Frederick Riggs carried out their parts in a very favorable fa-vorable manner. Special features were the readings by Mr. Gosgrave of his own composition, compo-sition, "The Story of the Pioneer" sold very rapidly among the appreciative appre-ciative audience. |
