Show LADIES OP THE COMMUNITY CLUB ENTERTAIN One of the most pleasant affair.: of the season was enjoyed by nearl; fifty Milford ladies Saturday afternoon, after-noon, when the ladies of the Com munity club entertained at cards ai their club house in South Milford. Easter decorations were prominent promi-nent throughout and were very original, ori-ginal, showing much artistry and in genuity on the part of the hostess. Prizes at "500" were won by Mrs Leonard Bowen and Mrs. Charle: Ford. Dainty refreshments were served by six of the club girls at elever small tables, made very attractive with pussywillows and baskets or Easter eggs. The ladies of the club are certain ly doing their part in making thei' club house a pleasant and homelike place to spend an afternoon or even ing and they were much pleased with a beautiful picture, "The Approach ing Storm," which was presented tc them by Mrs. C. C. Sloan. Several piano solos by Mrs. Heud-rickson Heud-rickson were enjoyed, followed by singing of "America" by the crowd accompanied by Mrs. Pay Ouf.en, af ter which the visitors left for rheir homes, assuring the hostesses of a vory pleasant afternoon.
