Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 18, 1918. Notice -is hereby given that Paul G. Ellis, Administrator of the Estate of Dennis Ryan, deceased, whose poBt-ofiice address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911. and 1915. to appropriate ap-propriate fifty (50) second-feet of water from Hay Springs and underground under-ground sources, in Beaver County. Said springs and area are situated 200 ft. north and 50 ft. west of the southeast corner of Section 10, Township Town-ship 29 South, Range 11 West. Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The water will be diverted by means of pumps and pipes and conveyed in a ditch for a distance of 200 ft. and there used from April 1 to October 1 of each year as a supplementary supply to irrigate 2 840 acres of land embraced em-braced in the E NW U , W NE Vt , and WSWV,, Sec. 17; SE'i, El NW'A, ESWVi, Lots 2, 3 and 4, Sec. IS; E'.W, Sec. 19; Lots 1 and 2. ENWU and SEW Sec. 30; ENEVi Sec. 31; WNW'i Sec. 32, Tp. 28 S., R. 10 W. ; WNEVi. SEmvi and NEVlSW'i Sec. 24; E Sec. 26; Sec. 35. Tp. 28 S.. It. 11 W.; Lots 3 and 4, SHNW,i Sec. 2; ESB am' SRUNEU Sec. 10; WNW and NEUNW14 Sec. 11. Tp. 29 S.. R. 11 W. As much of said water as may be necessary will be used during the entire year for domestic, do-mestic, purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7722. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the. reasons rea-sons therefor, must ho made by affidavit affi-davit In duplicate, aceompanied by a fee of $2.50. and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the complottion of the publication of this notice.
