Cowburn, of Salt Lake City, Utah, who, on May 2, 1913, made Homestead Entry, Serial No. 011471, for Section 29, Township 25 South, Range 9 West, Salt Lake Me-- Me-- ridlan, has filed notice of intention to make five-year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before Herbert Nichols, U. S. Com-misioner, Com-misioner, at Milford, Utah, on the 18th day of May, 1918. Claimant names as witnesses: H. T. Kaminska. Thomas John-Bon, John-Bon, J. W. F. Scott, all of Malone, Utah; Charles D.
