Show PROFIT-SHARING CAMPAIGN IS TO CLOSE SOON Saturday, April 27, at 5 p. m., the big Liberty Bond campaign will close. If you haven't paid your subscription sub-scription to your favorite candidate, do so at once. The time is short and thea prizes are well worth working for. Almost all the candidates in the race are neck and neck. The candidate candi-date that puts forth the most effort in the next eight days is going to take home the big $200 Liberty Bond. The race is actually so close that there is not a single contestant who could not win out by making the big drive in the next eight days. One young lady in Beaver said thai if hard work would do it, the prize would go to Beaver. But we are sort of proud of the young ladies at home and we don't think that they can be beaten by our neighbors on the east. Now is your chance. You, Mr. Subscriber, Sub-scriber, have to pay that subscription subscrip-tion some time; why not do it now, and enable onea of the young ladies of Milford to win that big $200 Bond? The standing of the candidates to date is as follows: MUford Votes Ruth Theissen 29,000 Mrs. McCall 27,750 Lillian Tanner 20,000 Beaver May Grlmshaw 27,500 Ireane Grover 26.000 Jessie Valentine 16,000 Marie McGreagor 14.000 Minersville Arbiteen Fotheringham 25,500 Eloise Pryor 18,000 Greenville Miss Crawford 16,000 : |
