Hendrickson, who gives Mllford, Mll-ford, Utah, as his post office address, did on October 29th, 1920, file In this office his duly corroborated application ap-plication to contert and secure the cancellation of your Homestead, Entry En-try No. 0179S7, Serial No. 017937, mnde August 11th, 1910, for the E 1-2 NW 1-4 and W 1-2 NE 1-4, Section Sec-tion 10. Township 29 South, Range 11 West S. L. Meridian, and as grounds for his contest, ho alleges that entryman has failed to establish estab-lish residence on said land, and said entryman has failed to make any Improvements on said land, and that Huch failure to reside upon and cultivate cul-tivate said land hns not been due to service In the Army, Navy, Marino Corps or othor War organizations o the United States. You are therefore, further notified noti-fied that the said allegations will bo taken as confessed, and your said entry will be cancelled without further fur-ther right to be heard, either before this office or on appeal, If you fall to (lie In this office within twenty davs after the FOURTH publication of this notlco. as shown below, your answer, under oath, specifically responding re-sponding to these allegations of contest, con-test, together with duo proof that you have served a copy of your answer ans-wer on the said contestant either In person or by registered mall.
