Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Stale Engineer's Ollice, Salt Lake City, Utah June 2G, 1918. Notice is hereby given that G. A. Mitchell and others, whose post-ofllce undress is Parowan, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of Section 1288x24. chapter 62, Session Laws of Utah. 1!)09, to change the point of diversion diver-sion and place of use of eight (81 second-feet of water heretofore diverted di-verted from Indian Creek, in Beaver County, at a point 304 ft. north and r,808 ft. west of Stockade Point to a point south 32 degrees 26 minutes fast 1883 ft. from the north quarter corner of Section 19. Township . 23 South, Range 17 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The water will he conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 12,30 0 ft. and there used from February 15 to October J of each year to irrigate 520 acres or land embraced in the S and NEM NW of Section 15, township and range aforesaid. This application ! designated in the State Engineer's office as No. a390. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefore, must be made by affidavit, in duplicate, accompanied by a fee o: $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
