Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Oct. 20, 1920 Notice is hereby given that Arthur R. Palmer of Newhouse, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919. to appropriate One (1) Sec. Ft. of water wat-er from Willow Creek in BeaTer County. Said water will be diverted divert-ed at a point 37S0 feet South ana 309 6 feet West of N. E. corner of Section 4, Township 29 South, Range 15 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Meridi-an, and conveyed in a ditch for a distnce of 4H7.2 feet and there used from April 1 to October 1 of each year to irrigate portions of unsur-veyed unsur-veyed N 1-2 SE 1-4 Section 4, and N 1-2 SW 1-4 Section 3, township and range aforesaid. In addition One Hundred Three (1C3) Acre-feet of water will be stored from October 1 of each year to April 1 of the year following in a reservoir embraced In part3 of the N 1-2 SW 1-4 of said Section 4. The center of the impounding im-pounding dam will be located at th point of diversion above described, where the water will be released and used in connection with One Sec. Ft. for thei irrigation of above described land. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. S627. A!l protests against the granting of raid application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor must be made by affidav it in duplicate, accompanied by a fee ct $2.50, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
