Cull fruit should also be made into vinegar, and anyone can make good vinegar if he uses 1 correct methods. Vinegar may be made from many fruits, including apples, grapes, prunes and peaches; however, only sound ripe fruit, free from worms should be used. Anyone wishing information on the correct methods of making vinegar vin-egar may secure it of the . Department Depart-ment of Horticulture. Agricultural College, Logan. Utah.
